Gerardo Flores is an architect (B.Arch) and designer working between architectural design, project coordination, and project management. His practice is concerned with the translation of design intent into clear, coordinated, and buildable project information, supporting teams as ideas move from early design into documentation, coordination, and delivery.

With experience in U.S.-based residential and commercial projects, Gerardo has worked closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align scope, drawings, technical requirements, schedules, and project decisions. His background includes architectural documentation, MPE coordination, Revit-based workflows, QA/QC review, consultant management, and project delivery support.

BIM and technical documentation are part of his working method rather than the center of his practice. They operate as instruments for organizing information, improving coordination, and protecting design intent as projects move from concept toward execution.

Alongside his architectural and project work, Gerardo develops objects and design research exploring form, craft, materiality, and production processes. This perspective reinforces his interest in the relationship between concept, detail, making, and delivery.

He is currently pursuing PMI certification, continuing to formalize his project management practice while collaborating with studios, consultants, and design-led teams.
